The School of Law was founded in 1980, and has developed an international reputation for excellence in teaching and research. We offer a range of LLMs including International Human Rights Law, International Trade Law, EU Law, Internet Law and Public Law. The Human Rights Centre received the Queen's Anniversary Prize in 2009, recognising its role in ‘advancing the legal and broader practice of international human rights’.
The Master of Laws:
The School of Law offers a range of Master's Degrees, all of which are taught by recognised experts in their particular disciplines. The Degrees currently offered are:

Entry Requirements:
The minimum entry requirement for our LLM courses is normally a course in law with an upper second classification, or an equivalent qualification obtained outside the UK. Any relevant experience you may have can also be taken into account for courses which are particularly popular and where practice is an important element. Although there is a basic language entry requirement for all courses there is some variation across the courses.
